BALI

We have arrived, in Kuta. which is meant be a fucking cool place and everyone loves it. Well...that's a lie. It's a good night out but its an absolute dump and we've been to some pretty shit places, but this is far from paradise. We always imagined Bali to be white sandy beaches, crystal blue water really beautiful. OK well Kuta is defiantly not that. We stayed off one of the main lanes poppies 1 we found a hotel called berlain inn which was budget and cheap, breakfast was included but after the amount of cockroaches and rats i had seen in the first hour of arriving i was good for breakfast.

We got settled, got ready went for dinner then went onto the main strip which is on the other-side of the lanes. One side is the beach and the other is the main strip where you go out. So we went to a shisha bar with the wellington girls and some other friends, it was really fun, chilled nice to see some friends who we haven't seen in a while. Georgie and I got Strawberry mojito's...AMAZING. We stayed there had a few drinks then headed home.

The next night we went for dinner with the girls then back to the shisha bar, where we met these australian guys who invited us over to sit with them, at first we though yeah that will be really fun meet some people to go out with...OH NO we were very much mistaken. They were basically hill-billy, boring, tattooed plumbers/electricians. I am not being rude but they were SO stereo-typical of a surfer bum going no-where. So that didn't last very long but they were very keen to take us out. So we ended up going to one SHIT club with them, then made a very quick exit.

2 days is more than enough in Kuta, we got some really good silver jewellery and few tops and i managed to get my brother all the beaters in the world, but apart from that i wouldn't waste your money there.

Then we were off to the Gilli Islands to see Olivia and Phoebe
